Who owns the property?

Vendors name the property owner on their insurance certificate. We only share this with vendors whose booking you accept.

Exactly as it appears on the deed or lease. Vendors copy it onto their certificate.

Mailing address is the same as the lot

Vendors add this owner to their insurance and upload the certificate to PopLot. You’ll see it on their booking request.

Are you a church or nonprofit? Renting out property can affect a property-tax exemption in Tennessee. It’s worth a quick check with your accountant before your first booking.
