What hosts see

Hosts see your profile when you send them a request or a message. Your mobile number is shared only after a host accepts your request.

Agree to the Vendor Terms

You do this once, before your first booking request. The short version:

You keep your own business, health and fire permits current.
You carry insurance, keep a current certificate on PopLot, and add the property owner as additional insured once a booking is accepted.
You follow each lot’s house rules and leave it as you found it.
PopLot connects you with hosts; it doesn’t check permits or insurance.
